PSU's Wood is Big Ten Player of Week in field hockey

Penn State sophomore midfielder Kiersten Wood (Warwick) was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week in field hockey after scoring two key goals against Indiana and North Carolina last weekend. Wood was last year's Big Ten Freshman of the Year and is a candidate for Big Ten Player of the Year this season.
