Raptosh is NEC Swimmer of the Week

Saint Francis University freshman Jenna Raptosh (Ephrata) was named the Northeast Conference’s swimming Athlete of the Week today for her three wins in the Red Flash’s season-opening dual meet at Vermont this past weekend. Raptosh captured first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:08.72), 200-yard breaststroke (2:28.04), and the 200-yard IM (2:13.08). Her 100- and 200-breaststroke times were both Forbush Natatorium records at the University of Vermont. All three of her times just missed Saint Francis school record times, and rank second all-time in the program’s history.
