Shannon Norris part of record-setting 4x55 relay team

Mount St. Mary's senior Shannon Norris (Warwick) was a member of the 4x55m shuttle hurdle relay team that broke a 23-year-old Penn State record as well as the meet record with a mark of 32.15 seconds at the Penn State Relays last weekend.

In other news from the PSU meet: Duquesne freshman Emily Beahan (Garden Spot) was a member of the fourth-place 4x800 meter relay team ... for Cornell University, senior Gordon Hall (Warwick) led off the fifth-place finishing distance medley relay; in the 4x800, freshman Andy Miller (Cedar Crest) ran leadoff and helped his team finish fourth; and in the 4x55-meter dash, sophomore Michael Fox's (Cedar Crest) team placed third.
