Fisher is Commonwealth's field hockey player of the week

Senior forward Aftan Fisher (Pequea Valley) helped the Messiah Falcons to a 2-0 start to their season this past week. Messiah defeated Seton Hill and 2004 Final Four participant William Smith. Aftan scored two goals and an assist in the win over Seton Hill and added a goal and an assist in the victory at William Smith. As a result: Aftan was named the Commonwealth Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week.
